Prostitution and gambling are considered crimes, and have a high percentage of victims. Not only does the actions effect the person that commits those crimes , but their family as well. Due to both gambling and prostitution many families have lost their homes and become homeless.

Prostitution does have victoms. The people who are doing it are even victoms themselves. The majority of prostitutes get an std or AIDs and pass it on to their clients. Gambling is not really something anyone can die from but if you look at it morally then yes it could be a crime. Gambling can be addictive to the point people will allow themselves to get in debt or sell their personal posessions just so they can go to a casino. Prostitution and gambling are not major crimes but with the affects they have on society they should stay illegal.

Prostitution and gambling is really not a crime.Some individuals do these event to take care and provide for their family. Its not bad because life is a gamble when ever you make decisions you are gambling your outcome.

The Bp oil spill is todays Hurricane Katrina .George Bush had Katrina and now Barack Obama is dealing with the oil spill. This oil spill is really affecting our society. Me personally being from the South, I am getting the outcome of it. I stay in Houston, Texas and since the oil spill seafood prices has went up. Over in Louisiana its really bad because they just stop selling shrimp just because of the damages that the oil spill is causing. Its not only affecting the consumers but its also affecting the business owners. They are being taxed so by them being taxed they have to go up on the prices for us..

Bp oil spill has caused a lot of health problems on both seafood and people. The air quality is much severe now that it has happened and this situation is just as severe as the Recession (Job Market).

BP oil spill has effected the whole world as a whole not just for humans but animals too. This tragedy has the whole world at a stand still because of the effects of the oil spill. Nobody win's in this type of situation because you have animals who's home are destroyed or die because of the chemicals in the oil and the water. Then on the other hand you have men and woman out of the job because they can not fish to feed their familys.

BP Oil Spill has made me so upset because it's so crazy to live in a world we can invent most anything and we can't stop the oil spill. Now look a here! We have a Black President and the oil spill can't be stoped.. Some people never throught a black person would ever be in the White House but it happen. So somebody somewhere needs to stop that oil spill because people like me on a limit income is feeling the sting of the price of gas. BP should just call it a rap and open up under a new name like Oil Spill. People would get gas from their just because of the name.

I believe that prostitution and gambling shouldn't be legal because I'm a Christian and I have to take a stand for the gospel to effective in other people lives as well as in my own life. Keeping it real prostitution is already legal because when a guy takes a young lady out on a date to eat or even to the movies before the night is over most of the time the guy gets paid with sex wheather if he is her man or not. Prostitution is simply getting something for sex wheather if it's money or food, drugs or even a grade from the teacher it's all the same in the end. He or she gave up something to get something that he or she was in need of. Now for the gambling we often only relate gambling with the oh mighty dollar. Gambling is simply taking a chance to win something. Let's not forget about the person who gambles each time he or she has unprotected sex. That one thing about gambling somebody will either win or lose. Let's not for get about the person who takes a gamble on love. Let's not forget about the man or women with a spouse who gambles with he or her secert lover. Micheal Vicki gamble on dogs in which he lost but it was a gamble he was willing to take at the time in his life. So if the truth be told gambling is aready legal it was legal in the beginning with Adam and Eve. It was a gamble that has cost mankind to suffer. Man what a price to pay.

I believe that prostitution and gambling should in fact be legal. If it was legal America would find a way to put a tax on it and make some money off of it. There are such things as a victimless crimes. Crimes that are not committed against other persons but instead against society. But even then I guess you could not say it was victimless because it is just committed against the masses of victims. So I take that back there is no such thing as a victimless crime.
